Is there a backrest or footrest?

The stool is backless. It has a footrest ring around the frame for support.

What warranty does it come with?

One year on the frame and one year on the rattan.

Does the Aster Round Bar Stools Black need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 40 × 40 × 67 cm (7 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access.
