FAQ

Is the Bay Isle sun lounge suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. It uses all-weather wicker and olefin cushions and is weather resistant, water repellent and UV protected for poolside, patio or garden.

How does the backrest adjust?

A smooth gas-lift mechanism lets you recline the backrest to your ideal position at the touch of a lever.

Will the frame rust?

No. It uses a non-rust 1.2mm thick aluminium frame.

What warranty applies?

Frame and wicker are covered for 2 years; fabric and foam for 1 year each.

Does the Bay Isle Outdoor Adjustable Long Reclining Sofa Chair Chaise Grey need assembly?

Only minimal assembly, the legs attach to the base.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered assembled (legs to attach) in a single carton measuring 200 × 80 × 47 cm (30 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Bay Isle Outdoor Adjustable Long Reclining Sofa Chair Chaise Grey best suited to?

It is well suited to poolside, patio and garden relaxation and homes wanting a coastal hamptons outdoor look.
