Does the Elbasan 60cm Square Coffee Table Black need assembly?

Yes, it is flat-packed for home assembly.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in 2 cartons (longest 69 cm): 69 × 69 × 11 cm (13 kg); 47 × 47 × 55 cm (20 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access.
