FAQ

How adjustable is the chair?

The dual motor system controls the recline and leg rest independently, giving you infinite seating positions, plus a lift function to help you stand.

Is there a battery backup?

Yes. The chair has a side battery backup pocket so it can still operate during a power interruption, and it comes with a four-button wired controller.

What is the fabric?

It is upholstered in water-repellent bull fabric (100% polyester) in a graphite colour, with contemporary timber accents on the arms.

What are the dimensions?

The lift chair measures 73 cm wide, 96 cm deep and 109 cm high.

What warranty applies?

The frame carries a 5 year warranty, and the foam, fabric, mechanism and motor each carry a 2 year warranty.

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 80 × 73 × 66 cm (54 kg).
