FAQ

How many chairs are included?

Java is sold as a set of two armless chairs, packed in one box.

Is this chair suitable for outdoors?

The product text describes it as designed for indoor use only, despite its rattan look. Use it indoors.

Is the cushion removable?

Yes. The grey fabric seat cushion is removable and secured with Velcro ties, making it easy to clean.

What warranty is included?

A one-year warranty is included.

Does the Java 2pc Set Outdoor Rattan Wicker Dining Chair need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 74 × 49 × 93 cm (8 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Java 2pc Set Outdoor Rattan Wicker Dining Chair best suited to?

It is well suited to buyers wanting coastal, bohemian or rustic styling, those after a handcrafted rattan look indoors and households needing easy-clean, removable cushions.
