Does the Daisy 210cm ETU TV Entertainment Unit need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 216 × 47 × 66 cm (49 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access.
