FAQ

What storage does the 140 cm Svana TV unit have?

One door on the left closes over a cupboard with a shelf inside. Two wide drawers stack on the right and run on black metal extension runners. Everything sits behind closed fronts, so the top stays clear for the screen.

How is it different from the 180 cm Svana TV unit?

This one is 40 cm narrower and has a single door over one shelved cupboard. The 180 cm version has two doors over a cupboard divided down the middle. Both are 40 cm deep and 50 cm high, with two drawers and the same finish and frame.

Is the Svana TV unit solid timber?

No. The cabinet is particleboard and MDF with a white melamine finish and a 16 mm top. It stands on a black metal frame, the door hangs on steel hinges and the drawers run on black metal runners.

What does the frame base look like?

A black metal frame in square-section tube, with legs at each end and one in the middle, joined by rails at floor level. It lifts the cabinet clear of the floor and matches the slim black pulls on the fronts.

Does the Svana 140cm ETU Entertainment TV Unit White need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits apartment-sized lounge rooms, minimalist monochrome schemes and households wanting drawers below the screen. It is less suited to buyers wanting solid-timber construction or media setups needing open shelving.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in a single carton measuring 174 × 50 × 13 cm (38 kg). The carton's narrow face is under ~70 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point — doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners — against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
