FAQ

How many people does the Duke seat?

Five. The suite is a 3+1+1 configuration: one 3-seater recliner sofa plus two single recliner chairs.

What are the dimensions?

The 3-seater sofa is 208 cm wide, 100 cm deep and 103 cm high. Each single recliner chair is 89 cm wide, 100 cm deep and 103 cm high.

What is it made of?

A hardwood and plywood structural frame, foam, S-spring and pocket-spring seating support, and full leather upholstery. The recliners are manual.

Will it fit through my door?

Each piece is 100 cm deep, so a standard 820 mm AU doorway needs the pieces angled or measured on the diagonal. Check your access against the per-piece widths before ordering.

What warranty does it carry?

Frame 5 years, foam and springs 3 years, leather and stitching 1 year, recliner mechanism 1 year, other parts 1 year.

Does the Duke 3+1+1 Seater Manual Recliner Genuine Leather Tan need assembly?

Each piece requires only minimal assembly, the legs attach.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered assembled (legs to attach) in 3 cartons (longest 212 cm): 94 × 76 × 65 cm (38 kg); 94 × 76 × 65 cm (38 kg); 212 × 76 × 65 cm (93 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Duke 3+1+1 Seater Manual Recliner Genuine Leather Tan best suited to?

It is well suited to open-plan lounge rooms, family households wanting recliner seating for five and contemporary lounge settings.
