Yes. The aluminium frame is non-rust and the olefin cushions are weatherproof, water-repellent and UV-protected.

Does the Furano 2pc Set Aluminium Outdoor Dining Chair White need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 74 × 66 × 50 cm (15 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access.
