FAQ

What are the dimensions of the Marley double bed?

It measures 145 cm wide, 207 cm deep and 110 cm high. It is sized to fit a standard double mattress.

What is the Marley bed made from?

The frame is particle board, fully upholstered in 100% polyester fabric in Mist Grey. The bedhead is grid-patterned, the legs are natural rubberwood with a tapered shape, and the base runs on 45mm timber slats with a central support.

Does it come with slats, or do I need a separate base?

It includes 45mm timber slats and a central support built into the frame, so no separate slat base is needed. A mattress is not included.

How do I care for the upholstery?

Vacuum the fabric regularly and spot-clean light marks with a damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight to protect the colour.

Where is the Marley bed made?

It is made in Malaysia from sustainably harvested timber.

Does the Marley Double Bed Frame Grey need assembly?

Yes, it is flat-packed for home assembly.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in 2 cartons (longest 197 cm): 149 × 102 × 11 cm (13 kg); 197 × 35 × 16.5 cm (28 kg). The widest carton's face is 102 cm but it is slim (11 cm thick), so it can usually be angled through a standard doorway, please confirm your access first. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Marley Double Bed Frame Grey best suited to?

It is well suited to contemporary and scandinavian bedrooms, couples wanting a double bed and calm, neutral bedroom schemes.
