FAQ

How tall is the seat?

The velvet Olivia sits 47 cm off the floor, a comfortable height for a footrest beside most sofas and armchairs. It is not counter or bar height.

What is the weight capacity?

120 kg, carried evenly across the FSC-certified frame, S-spring suspension and elastic webbing base.

Does the Olivia 44cm Velvet Ottoman Caramel need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 48 × 48 × 50 cm (10.3 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Olivia 44cm Velvet Ottoman Caramel best suited to?

It is well suited to apartment lounges and bedrooms, use as a footrest or end-of-bed accent and rooms with cream walls, walnut timber and brass.
