FAQ

How many chairs come in the set?

The Stud is sold as a set of 2 outdoor bar chairs.

What are the dimensions of each chair?

Each bar chair measures 62 cm wide, 66 cm deep and 94 cm high.

What are the chairs made from?

A water-resistant black rope seat on a Steel ED-coated frame, with brushed eucalyptus timber legs and leg rest, plus a charcoal polyester fabric cushion over foam.

Can these stay outdoors?

Yes. The rope is water-resistant and the eucalyptus timber is rot- and decay-resistant with a high oil content that repels water, so the set suits all-weather outdoor use.

How do I care for them?

Wipe the rope and timber with a soft damp cloth. Bring the charcoal fabric cushions undercover in heavy or prolonged wet weather.

Does the Stud Set of 2 Outdoor High Bar Dining Chair need assembly?

Only minimal assembly, the legs attach to the base.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered assembled (legs to attach) in a single carton measuring 72 × 64 × 72 cm (23 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway, please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.

What spaces is the Stud Set of 2 Outdoor High Bar Dining Chair best suited to?

It is well suited to outdoor bar and bench seating, alfresco and patio entertaining and coastal and scandinavian outdoor settings.

Overall rating: 4.75 / 5 from 4 reviews.

The chairs are very sturdy,

"The chairs are very sturdy, and the quality of the materials is excellent. The eucalyptus legs and steel frame give them a solid feel, and they look fantastic in our outdoor area. The black rope seat is unique, and the charcoal fabric is a nice touch. However, I did find that they are slightly lower than expected for a high bar chair."
