Description

Keep the essentials within reach of the bed with the Svana, a 50 cm white melamine bedside table on an open black metal frame. Two drawers run on black metal runners, each with a slim black pull set into its top edge, and the 16 mm top takes a lamp and a book. The frame leaves the space beneath open, which keeps a smaller bedroom feeling uncluttered.

FAQ

How much storage does the Svana bedside table have?

Two drawers, one above the other, each running on black metal extension runners. There is no lower shelf: the space beneath the drawers is open frame.

Is the Svana bedside table solid timber?

No. It is particleboard and MDF with a white melamine finish and a 16 mm top, standing on a black metal frame. The drawers run on black metal runners.

What are the drawer pulls like?

Each drawer has a slim black pull set into its top edge. The drawer fronts stay flat and plain, and the pulls pick up the black of the frame.

Does it match other Svana pieces?

Yes. It shares its white melamine, black metal frame and slim black pulls with the Svana sideboard and TV units.

Does the Svana 2 Drawer Bedside Table White need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits minimalist monochrome bedrooms, readers wanting drawer space by the bed and compact guest rooms. It is less suited to buyers wanting solid-timber construction or anyone needing a lower shelf.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in a single carton measuring 63 × 51 × 15 cm (15.8 kg). The carton's narrow face is under ~70 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point — doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners — against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
