Description

Tuck plates, platters and table linen behind the four doors of the Cortez sideboard, a 160 cm white melamine cabinet on a white metal frame. The doors meet in two pairs, and each pair shares a gold-coloured metal handle that closes into a full circle. Steel hinges carry the doors, with a shelf inside the cupboard. At 75 cm high, the top doubles as a serving surface in a dining room.

FAQ

What is behind the four doors?

Cupboard space with a shelf, closed off by four doors on steel hinges. It keeps dinnerware, table linen and household odds out of sight while the top stays clear for serving or display.

Is the Cortez sideboard solid timber?

No. The cabinet is particleboard and MDF with a white melamine finish and a 16 mm top. The frame base is white metal, the handles are gold-coloured metal and the door hinges are steel.

What are the handles like?

Each door carries a gold-coloured metal half-moon on the edge it shares with its neighbour. Closed, each pair reads as one full circle, so the front shows two gold-coloured circles on white.

Does it match other Cortez pieces?

Yes. The Cortez TV unit, tallboy, bedside table and highboard share the same white melamine, white metal frame and gold-coloured half-moon handles.

Does the Cortez 160cm Sideboard Buffet Table White need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits modern dining rooms needing hidden storage, lounge rooms with gold-coloured accents and households with dinnerware to store. It is less suited to buyers wanting solid-timber construction or anyone wanting drawer storage.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in a single carton measuring 172 × 52 × 16 cm (52.4 kg). The carton's narrow face is under ~70 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point — doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners — against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
