Description

Clear the hall floor with the Line wall coat rack with shelf. A grooved oak melamine panel hangs on the wall from two keyhole brackets, with four black metal pegs along it for jackets, scarves and bags. Above them, a black metal rail shelf reaches 26 cm out for hats, gloves or a small basket. The fine horizontal grooves read as black lines against the oak finish, matching the fronts of the Line shoe cabinet and bench cabinet.

FAQ

How does it hang on the wall?

On two keyhole brackets set into the back of the panel, which slip over screws in the wall. Use screws and wall plugs that match your wall, whether plasterboard, timber stud or masonry, and fix into studs where you can, since coats and bags add weight.

What is the shelf made of?

Black metal: two parallel rails on bracket arms rather than a solid board. It holds hats, gloves and a small basket; loose small items could slip between the rails.

Is the panel solid timber?

No. The panel is particleboard and MDF finished in an oak-look melamine, with the range's fine horizontal grooves. The pegs and the rail shelf are black metal.

What is the difference between the two Line coat racks?

This one adds a black metal rail shelf and has four pegs on a 20 cm high panel. The plain Line wall coat rack is a slim 9 cm high rail with six pegs and no shelf. Both are 80 cm wide in the same grooved oak finish.

Does the Line 80cm Wall Coat Rack with Shelf Oak and Black need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits entryways or hallways, small homes with no room for a coat stand and mid-century rooms with black accents. It is less suited to renters who cannot drill into walls or buyers wanting solid-timber construction.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in a single carton measuring 83 × 21 × 4 cm (3.8 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point — doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners — against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
