Does the Selena 2pc Set Dining Chair Scandinavian Black need assembly?

No, it arrives fully assembled.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered fully assembled in a single carton measuring 60 × 60 × 79 cm (12.6 kg).
