Description

Bring order to a dining room with the Hawea 150 cm sideboard, a white cabinet in a smooth matt painted finish with no handles on its fronts. Two doors on steel hinges close over a cupboard split into two bays, each with a shelf, and three drawers run on black metal extension runners. Gold-coloured metal hairpin legs lift the cabinet clear of the floor for a light, mid-century look, and the 70 cm high top doubles as a serving surface.

FAQ

What storage does the Hawea sideboard have?

Two doors on the left open onto a cupboard divided into two bays, each with a shelf across it. Three drawers stack on the right and run on black metal extension runners, so cutlery, napkins and chargers have their own place away from the larger serving pieces.

Is the Hawea sideboard solid timber?

No. The cabinet is particleboard and MDF with a white matt PU-painted finish, and the top is 18 mm thick. The legs are gold-coloured metal and the door hinges are steel.

What are the legs like?

Gold-coloured metal hairpin legs, each a slim V of bent rod, stand at the corners, with straight gold-coloured legs supporting the middle of the cabinet. They lift the sideboard off the floor so it reads lighter than a cabinet on a plinth.

Does it match other Hawea pieces?

Yes. The same white matt finish, handle-free fronts and gold-coloured hairpin legs run through the Hawea TV unit, coffee table, bedside table, shoe cabinet and wardrobe.

Does the Hawea 150cm Sideboard Buffet Table White need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits dining rooms needing concealed storage, white schemes with gold-coloured accents and mid-century or Scandinavian interiors. It is less suited to buyers wanting solid-timber construction or spaces needing open display shelving.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in 2 cartons (longest 162 cm): 162 × 49 × 10 cm (27 kg); 71 × 58 × 17 cm (29 kg). Every carton's narrow face is under ~80 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
