How do the shoe compartments work?

The three fronts on the left are drop-down flap doors. Each one tips forward from the top to open a compartment for shoes, then swings back flush with the cabinet when you close it.

What is behind the tall door?

Shelves. The right-hand door opens on steel hinges onto a column of shelves, handy for bags, scarves or spare pairs that do not need to sit in the flap compartments.

Is the Hawea shoe cabinet solid timber?

No. It is particleboard and MDF with a white matt PU-painted finish and an 18 mm top, on gold-coloured metal hairpin legs. The tall door hangs on steel hinges.

Does it match other Hawea pieces?

Yes. It shares the white matt finish, handle-free fronts and gold-coloured hairpin legs of the Hawea sideboard, TV unit, coffee table, bedside table and wardrobe.
