Description

The Line 120 cm TV unit splits its front between open and closed storage. On the left, two open niches stacked one above the other each have a cable hole in the back panel, so a console and a streaming box can sit plugged in without a tangle. On the right, a grooved flap door drops down on a gas strut to a compartment with a shelf. The oak melamine finish carries fine horizontal grooves that read as black lines, echoed by a small black knob and slim black metal legs.

FAQ

How does the flap door open?

It drops down towards you on a gas strut, which lowers the door in a controlled way rather than letting it fall, and it swings on steel hinges. Behind it is a compartment divided by a shelf, for remotes, controllers and spare cables you would rather keep out of sight.

Can I run cables through it?

Yes. Each of the two open niches has a round cable hole in the back panel, so devices sitting in the niches can be plugged in behind the unit with the leads kept out of view.

Is the Line TV unit solid oak?

No. The cabinet is particleboard and the flap door front is MDF, both finished in an oak-look melamine, so "oak" describes the colour of the finish rather than the timber. The top is 16 mm thick and the legs are black metal.

How is it different from the 150 cm Line TV unit?

This 120 cm unit puts two open niches on the left and one flap door on the right. The 150 cm unit is laid out symmetrically, with a hinged door at each end and the open niches in the centre. Both are 40 cm deep and 50 cm high in the same grooved oak finish.
