No. The cabinet is particleboard and MDF with an oak-look melamine finish, so the grain is a printed surface rather than solid timber. The door fronts are rattan cane set in oak-look frames, and the base is black metal.

How do the cables reach the TV?

Through two cable holes in the back of the centre bay. Leads from a set-top box or console on the shelves can run straight up behind the unit instead of hanging over the front edge.

What storage does it have?

A cupboard sits behind each rattan cane door, one at either end, and the middle bay is open for media equipment. Shelving runs through both cupboards and the open bay.

What is the base made of?

Black metal. The cabinet sits on a squared frame with rails at floor level, so it reads lighter than a cabinet built down to the floor.
