No. The cabinet is particleboard and MDF with an oak-look melamine finish. The drawer front is rattan cane in an oak-look frame, and the frame and legs are black metal.

Is there a shelf under the drawer?

No. The single drawer sits under the top, and below it the black metal frame is open, with rails at floor level and no shelf.

How high is it next to the bed?

The top sits 55 cm from the floor. Compare that with your mattress height; a top level with or just below the mattress is the easiest to reach from bed.

Is it sold as a pair?

No, it is sold as a single bedside table. Order two for a matching pair either side of the bed.
