FAQ

Is the Jinan desk solid oak?

No. The top and drawer band are particleboard and MDF with an oak-look melamine finish, so the grain is a printed surface. The drawer boxes are black inside, and the edge pulls are black metal.

How much desk space is there?

The top measures 110 cm by 60 cm, room for a laptop or a monitor and keyboard with a lamp beside them. It stands 75 cm high.

What goes in the drawers?

Stationery, chargers and notebooks. Two drawers sit side by side under the top, each with a black edge pull and black metal runners; their internal sizes are not listed.

Is there room for a chair underneath?

The space under the drawer band is open, with the legs set at the corners, so a chair can pull in beneath the top. The clearance under the drawers is not listed, so check it against a chair with arms.

Does the Jinan 110cm Study Desk Oak need assembly?

Yes — it is flat-packed for home assembly.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits home offices or study nooks, bedrooms that double as a workspace and students or remote workers. It is less suited to buyers wanting solid-timber construction, anyone needing file drawers or setups needing built-in shelving.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered flat-packed in a single carton measuring 123 × 69 × 15 cm (31 kg). The carton's narrow face is under ~70 cm, so it should clear a typical internal doorway — please still confirm against your own access. Please measure your narrowest access point — doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners — against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
