Description

Dorit has the storage of a classic executive desk without heavy hardware. The walnut finish over ash veneer gives it a warm, deep tone, and each pedestal stands on a round plinth that lifts it slightly off the floor. Papers, chargers and stationery all have a drawer of their own.

How many drawers does the Dorit desk have?

Seven: three stacked in each of the two pedestals and one drawer in the centre, under the top.

What is the Dorit desk made of?

MDF with an ash veneer and a painted walnut-colour finish. The open grain of the ash shows through the finish. The drawers run on metal runners.

Does it have handles?

No. The drawer fronts are handle-free, with a gentle outward bow, so the front of the desk stays clean.

What are the round bases under the pedestals?

Each pedestal stands on a round plinth set in from its edges, which gives the desk a lighter footing than a pedestal that runs straight to the floor.

How do I care for it?
