Description

The natural finish shows the ash grain and keeps Golborne light in a bright room, while small gold-coloured pulls add a warm detail. The open side gives your chair plenty of room, and the rounded pedestal holds folders and stationery without making the desk look heavy.

FAQ

What is the natural Golborne desk made of?

MDF with an ash veneer and a painted natural finish, so the ash grain stays visible.

How is the storage arranged?

Three drawers in the rounded pedestal on the left as you face the desk, plus a shallow centre drawer under the top: four in all. It comes in this one configuration only.

What do the drawer pulls look like?

Small half-moon pulls in gold-coloured metal, one on the bowed front of each drawer.

What shape is the top?

A kidney shape with softly rounded edges, curving in at the front where you sit.

Does the Golborne 150cm Home Office Desk Natural need assembly?

Some home assembly is required.

How do I care for it?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills promptly; avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.

What is it best suited to?

It suits bright studies with pale floors, people who prefer curved shapes and home offices needing a few drawers. It is less suited to setups needing the pedestal on the right or large monitor arrays.

Will it fit through my doorway and stairwell on delivery?

It is delivered part-assembled in 2 cartons (longest 160 cm): 160 × 80 × 35 cm (20 kg); 53 × 70 × 88 cm (40 kg). The largest carton's narrow face is 80 cm, close to the clear opening of a standard internal door, so it may be a tight fit. Please measure your narrowest access point, doorway, stairwell turn, lift and tight corners, against these carton sizes before delivery. Unsure? Ask our assistant with your doorway width.
